The challenge
PulseFit's hardware could capture great biometric data, but the companion app shipped by the manufacturer felt like an afterthought and drove returns.
Our approach
We rebuilt the companion app around live coaching and adaptive plans that actually use the wearable's data, with a social layer to keep users engaged week over week.
