The challenge
LoomCart's templated storefront was slow, hard to customize, and made it nearly impossible to run meaningful checkout experiments.
Our approach
We decoupled the frontend from Shopify's theme layer with a headless Next.js storefront, then built an experimentation framework so the growth team could ship checkout tests weekly.
